Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups softened butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together butter and cream cheese. Beat in sugar and add salt and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in flour. Spread in 2 greased and floured loaf pans or one greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done
