Royal Icing
Ingredients
1/4 cup meringue powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar (optional)
51/2 Tbsp. water (level with knife)
1lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 tsp glycerin (optional)
Directions
Place in grease-free bowl and beat with paddle attachment untill stiff peaks form.
